Plática & Energy Healing

Service Description

This session is distance healing in a sacred Zoom container. We begin with a Plàtica, Spanish for conversation, but my introduction to this word feels so much deeper. Our Plàtica will help you recognize your own answers and build trust in your own leadership. Treat this as a safe space for you to unburden yourself, receive clarity, peace of mind, and sense of direction. Once the Plàtica is complete I’ll guide you in a Reiki infused meditation and build out a crystal grid for you in support of the work needed to bring you back to soul alignment, and layer in sound healing. You will rest in the healing energy until the container is complete then we will cleanse to close the container, and you’ll be given a practice to complete on your own to anchor in and embody the work we started in this space. This space is also extended through the Unbothered program for those ready to commit to go all in on this work.
