Home is the place I wish I had when I started my growth and entrepreneurial journey, but I’m glad I didn’t have as I wouldn’t have had the lessons I needed to go through to step into the version of me I am today.
For years, I looked for ways to “fix” my appearance, my money, and my relationships through all sorts of programs that at the end still left me feeling empty and no better off than I was before. Even the experiences where I thought I had hit a breakthrough made me feel dependent on maintaining a connection or habit that wasn’t sustainable.
What I learned through that experience is the importance of coming home to myself, trusting myself and my capacity for growth. I learned to put my love and focus on myself, become aware of what is true in my experience and how to move forward with confidence and empowerment rather than from a place of desperation for change.
By opening my mind to the truth of my experience and the belief in my expansive capacity I have found a place of peace and joy in my present day while being able to maintain faith in experiencing what I desire in my future.

I - Nourish your mindsetÂ
through mastermind calls every other week. You'll connect with like-minded individuals and receive valuable insights and guidance from Mama T.
Come prepared to discuss what you’re experiencing in your life, how you want it to shift if you do (no need to make up a problem if you don’t have one), and of course please celebrate any wins you are experiencing.
This is a space of both growth and celebration. If you can’t make a session feel free to leave a comment in the group with a topic you’d like addressed in the conversation to watch at later date.
II - Nourish your bodyÂ
through food and movement. When you come into Mama T’s house you can expect food, libations, and dancing.
Inside the Facebook group you'll embark on a journey of self-expression and wellness with LIVE movement and cooking sessions, tailored to nourish your body and spirit.
Discover and share delicious and nutritious recipes to fuel your body and support your overall well-being.
III - Nourish your SpiritÂ
with a monthly Activation.
The Activation's intention will be to release energy not serving us and create space to activate an upleveling of self.
These sessions are not connected to any particular religion and you are welcome to incorporate your own personal belief into your practice.
I intend to use words that are inclusive, and be prepared to hear mention of God, Source, and Universe interchangeably.
Expect these sessions to include guided meditation, and music and as called can include but not limited to intention candles, reiki, and divination.
We will be virtually meeting live as a community weekly over Zoom, unless otherwise directed. Activities will alternate throughout the month for example Week 1 is group coaching and the next will be movement, the following week back to group coaching, and the final week will be the ritual. A calendar will be posted at the beginning of the month to note these dates.
